Another development proposal for Southwick

This time it's on the edge of Trowbridge, though mostly in Southwick and North Bradley parishes. Developers Waddeton Park Limited want to build on a swathe of land east of Frome Road and south of Silver Street Lane.
The developers are again using Wiltshire Council's inability to provide a five year land supply for housing as their justification for building on unallocated land. The scheme is not yet at the planning application stage. To smoothen the progress of the application there will be a process of community consultation during the springtime of 2017.
