People reaching their 60th birthday after 5 April 2010 will have to wait for their bus pass.

The age of eligibility is being raised over a five year period to 65 (in line with the new retirement age for women). This change is reflected in a new application form for travel concessions and a revised page on the www.wiltshire.gov.uk website .

There will not be any other changes to the Wiltshire Bus Pass but as part of the 'harmonisation downward' process some benefits previously offered by district councils are being scrapped.
