Ashton Road Trowbridge - application goes in

Taylor Wimpey are submitting an application tomorrow (Apr 29th) to build new homes on land off Ashton Road, Trowbridge.
Their agents say: "The proposal is for up to 250 new homes, with vehicle access off Ashton Road. There would be significant public open space, a new wooded area, cycling & pedestrian links as well as financial contributions to improve local facilities and infrastructure. Hedgerows will be retained, bio-diversity enhanced & there will be increased tree planting on site, as well as 'dark corridors' for bat flight-paths."
They hope to secure outline consent in autumn, then to have a detailed 'reserved matters' application approved later in the year, and to be onsite in early 2017.
