Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust slammed by inspectors

The Care Quality Commission has published a report by the Chief Inspector of Hospitals, on Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust. The report says that the Trust must take significant steps to improve the quality of services provided.
