Beware the black phantom

Wiltshire Police are warning any motorists reckless enough to travel on the A361 from Seend to Devizes during the hours of darkness to look out for suspicious objects being concealed in black bags and placed in the middle of the road.
The objects are causing significant damage to vehicles.
If you see any suspicious bag-dumping vehicles please take the registration number and call the police on 999 as soon as possible
