Confirmation of Trowbridge Town Council's No Overall Control (NOC) status

Good to see Trowbridge Town Mayor, David Cavill reiterating in his blog that the current Town Council is one where there is no overall control (NOC) meaning no single party has a majority.
There has been a lot of confusion recently after it had been erroneously suggested that it is a Lib Dem held council, so we're glad to see the Conservative mayor clarifying this point for public transparency.
