Conservatives clog up Canal Road

The stupidity of the Wiltshire Council administration in cutting front-line services, targetting especially those most valued by residents such as buses and recycling facilities, is manifest on Canal Road during those limited times when the Household Recycling Centre (HRC) is open.

Unless you want to get to the HRC the area is best avoided if you don't want to end up stuck in the queue. If you do want to take stuff to the tip allow plenty of time for your journey.
