It is clear that the Prime Minister is trying to delay the start of the CovidInquiry, with full knowledge that it will take time to collate and report on the facts. He is banking on the inquiry reporting the sheer inadequacy of his Governments response after the next General Election.
This callous attitude is reprehensible and tragic. This Government has refused time and again to meet with the bereaved families who deserve so much better than this.
