Free School Meals debacle continues

Yet again the debacle of free school meals raises its head.

Wiltshire Liberal Democrat's have joined with a Marlborough catering firm to condemn inadequate food packages for children.

Leader of the opposition, Cllr Ian Thorn said 'The school meals debacle continues.

"It's a disgrace to provide such meagre portions, after a long battle to secure FSM. The government has allowed private companies to make money by undercutting meals for hungry children.'
