That's a Local Outbreak Management Plan. Local councils need to have these in place by the end of June, and they'll detail planned responses to Covid infections.

It goes with the 'Test, Trace and Isolate' service designed to control the virus. This was introduced by the government in theory, though not in practice, at the start of June.

Wiltshire's LOMP will focus on identifying and containing potential outbreaks in places such as schools, workplaces, prisons, and care homes.

At the end of June we'll move into the operational 'Monitoring and engagement' phase, which continues until December 2021.
