Melksham Schools Still Short-Changed says Helen

2 Oct 2018

Our schools are still suffering from cuts claims Melksham's prospective Lib Dem MP, Helen Belcher.

According to the school cuts website, Melksham Oak school is losing almost £300 per pupil by 2020 and our primary schools are faring no better with, for example, Forest and Sandridge School losing £325 per pupil. Every school in Melksham is affected.

This means more stress and less choice for our children and their teachers Helen claims. During last year's General Election, Helen campaigned hard for proper funding, so that each school and student gets what they need. "Our children deserve better" says Helen.
