More shuffling at WC

Following appointments to the top tier of Wiltshire Council's management structure, there's now to be a new structure for the second management tier.

The Council says:

"The proposed structure will see associate director posts changed to become 'service director' posts to more accurately reflects their responsibilities. To ensure there is a senior level focus on two of the key areas we must focus on over the next few years housing, and education and skills new posts with specific responsibility for these key areas have been created." (sic)

(Literacy is not one of the council's priorities)
