People can ‘Buy With Confidence’ from local car dealer

A Holt motor dealer is the first business of its kind in Wiltshire to sign up to a trading standards scheme which ensures customers can be confident they operate in a legal, honest and fair way.

The Village Green Garage in Holt has signed up to Wiltshire Council's 'Buy With Confidence' scheme, with the business having demonstrated it is committed to good customer service, does not cold call customers, complies with consumer protection legislation and has appropriate insurance.

Buy With Confidence is not just a customer feedback scheme. WC trading standards officers vet and monitor all members, so the public can be assured any business on the database deserves to be there.

Any business that is able to demonstrate the same qualities as the Village Green Garage is able to apply to join the scheme for a fee of £125 followed by an annual fee of around £250, depending on the size of the business.
