Selwood Housing Group have announced the recent purchase of The John Bull site in Studley Green, Trowbridge. This former pub site has remained vacant for a number of years and Selwood Housing plan to develop the site into a mix of affordable homes, some available for rent and some for purchase through shared ownership.
Subject to planning, 10 new affordable homes will be built on the site with high-quality design and energy efficiency being at the core of the build. Selwood Housing will be undertaking a two-stage consultation. The site is planned to be developed into a mix of affordable homes, some available for rent and some for purchase through shared ownership.
The first stage will open on 22 April 2021, where the public will be invited to submit feedback and comments on the plans via the form below.
