Teffont

Like other villages along the B3089 Teffont has a problem with traffic. Some drivers go too fast and the amount of lorry traffic travelling through the village is also a matter of concern.

The village is divided into two, with Teffont Magna being on the main road and Teffont Evias being accessed by a turn-off to the south.

Teffont Magna has a small, barn-like church dedicated to Edward, King of the West Saxons, whilst the church at Teffont Evias is named after St Michael and All Angels.

To the north of the village is the popular tourist attraction 'Farmer Giles Farmstead'.
