Warminster Bath Road housing scheme thrown out

A proposal by Redrow Homes to build 60 houses on land behind Warminster Church has been refused by WC planners.
The application had received numerous objections from residents and local councillors.
Redrow now have the option of appealing to a government inspector, or attempting to come up with a more acceptable scheme, or of abandoning their plans to develop the site.
