Graham Watson MEP has been elected by Lib Dem members to top the list for the European elections taking place next May. Also on the slate are Kay Barnard, Brian Mathew, Andrew Wigley and Jay Risbridger, with one further place to be nominated by the Liberal Party of Gibraltar.
