Your say - Wiltshire Council website "embarrassing"

"I've just paid the council tax but the link I use normally off the homepage (Pay>>>Pay your Council Tax) is broken and I had to navigate through the old site to get to the new site's payment page.
What's more, at the bottom of the 'Contact' page is a 'Help us to improve this site' feedback form which I tried, but that's broken too and doesn't submit! Please ask them to use my council tax to PAY THE FLIPPING WEBSITE PROGRAMMER or get an intern to do it or something. Half their links still go to the old site which looks like it was built in the 20th century, it's just embarrassing."
